Mount Shasta, California
July 7-14, 2017

The sacred mountains have called Miyuki and Amy to gather a coven of women at Mount Shasta.
They want to hold sacred space for you and your knowing.

These mountains know you as a light worker.  They know you are a vessel for the highest good for all beings.

Mount Shasta is an energetic vortex especially supportive and integrating for light workers who have been delayed on their path of awakening, due to soul challenging life circumstances, physical illness, or needing to digest and release soul and life patterns.

This dormant volcano range also knows you are sacred rebel and leader.  They want you to bring the gifts and power back from the mountains into your sacred work, relationships, union, and communities.

Throughout our week together,  the mountains, Miyuki and Amy will work to support your continued awakening, healing, and integration, brining all parts of you, your soul, and your gifts and power back to you.  This will bring continued clarity about your life's work and purpose and can also bring joy, vitality, passion, and creativity back into your life.

                                                 RETREAT GUIDES

Collectively, Miyuki and Amy have offered over 45 retreats.  They have collaborated in a number of retreats over the past few years.  They are kindred spirits, who hold space for women's dreams, desires, releases, and becomings in deep, meaningful, and magical ways.

Amy tatsumi

Amy gathers women together to live into the radical change they are born to find. She is a portal for them to remember who they are. Amy guides women to trust the vastness of their gifts, power, and knowing. She is a healer, teacher, connector, and guide and has worked with over 10,000 clients during the past 15 years. She blends her experience as an art psychotherapist, The Daring Way Consultant, Qoya teacher, tantric coach, and retreat guide to support women. In 2017, Amy is gathering women in the foothills of the Blue Ridge and Iceland for sacred retreats. She and Miyuki will be offering the Aso, Japan retreat again in November.

Miyuki developed her professional services during more than 20 years while living and working in 3 countries: Japan, U.S.A. (12 years), & Australia (6 years). She was initially trained as a hospice nurse and later pursued a career in psychology, mind-body therapy, & energy healing. She now resides in Kumamoto, Japan, and her private practice includes time shared with one-on- one clients, group workshops, trainings, university lectures, & corporate clients. Miyuki offers a 3 year training program in Japan. She published her first 2 books (in Japanese: “Transforming Your Self- image through body awareness,” & “Free yourself from Negative Body Image”) last year.

mount shasta

Mount Shasta is the home of root chakra energy. A volancic fire create two mountains: Mt. Shasta and Mt. Shastina – two energetics, feminine and masculine, which support an overall balancing core polarities of the planet.

We will be in ceremony with the energies of each. When you visit one, you will experience the medicine of both. Many people that visit either mountain feel a Oneness, giving you space to enter into sacredness with them.

Mount Shasta is said to the one of the homes of the ancient Lumerians and a place were the archangels to come to earth.

At Stewart Mineral Springs, red (divine feminine) and white (divine masculine) wasters that join similar to Glastonbury Tor in England. They are the only two places on earth where the masculine and feminine waters rise and merge as one.

The waters of Mount Shasta also embody the meeting of the masculine and feminine energies. We will be about to enjoy baths, dips, and sips of the therapeutic waters.

All that is required is a willingness of spirit and heart. You don't need to know how or why. You will be supported by the energies of the land and water to invite Big Magic into your life during our week together and beyond.

Namaste House will be the home for us during our stay in Mount Shasta. On the grounds there are spacious lawns, reflective paths winding through the woodlands with wildflowers and creek pools, and huge decks.  They also offer guests a pure creek swimming hole.  Laurel and the staff are welcoming, kind, and knowledgable about the area.

Qoya is a movement system based on the idea that through movement, you remember. You remember your essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also refer to the movements we practice in a Qoya class. Wise - the wisdom of yoga Wild - the expression of dance Free - the freedom of feminine movement

Qoya can be practiced by all ages and movement levels. There is no way you can do Qoya wrong, and the way you know you’re doing it right is that it FEELS GOOD. More than feeling good, though, that it feels true. In the Qoya movement sessions on this retreat, we will focus on feeling the physical sensation of truth in the body and following it, locating our intuition as an actual feeling in the body.
